Please, this is not healthy for your school. If you continue this way, you’ll end up only building a single superstar teacher whose absence will ground your school. I don’t think you’d want this to happen to your school.
No matter how much you like that teacher, please never delegate all major responsibilities to him or her alone. Build a team where everyone matters and contributes to the growth of your school. Leave nobody to stay on the fence. Everyone should be carried along. Someday, your superstar teacher will leave and your school may be grounded.
