Problem 5: No Respect from Parents or Admin
Unreasonable workloads, micromanaging, classroom disruptions, and feeling silenced within our own schools. When you stop to think about it, this all stems from a lack of respect. We can’t continue to bury our heads in the sand or look the other way. In spite of all these, teachers are least respected by parents and school administrators (especially in private schools). While some parents have gone to schools to abuse and fight their ward’s teachers, some teachers have also been abused and dismissed by school administrators who don’t want to lose tuition of a withdrawn student.
