2. Know their names and respectfully address them in class. Did you know that children are naturally happy when their names (especially surnames) are mentioned by their teachers? The learners you have nicknamed may not show happiness and delight to whatever you say in class. Several teachers in class today address several learners especially those who seem not to be copping with bad and derogatory names. Please, let’s stop it. That a child is not really cooperating today has not made such a colossal failure in destiny. Every learner has their own time of picking up.
