5. Never talk down your learners no matter the provocation order temptations. Always talk them up. Encourage them to feel good about themselves.
6. Ensure your lessons are easy to receive, understand, interpret, remember and transfer. Teach and interact with learners in such a way that they won’t forget your illustration and strategies while teaching. Remember, the learners you teach today are coming to teach your own children tomorrow. Your input in them today determines what they’re would put in your own children tomorrow. So, labour more on them. What goes around comes around.
