7. Don’t use derogatory words like empty brain, big head, dullard, idiot, imbecile, etc on them. All these can’t make learners deliver well in class. Name-calling is a big demotivator!
8. Shield your learners from your personal challenges or problems. Separate your personal life from your professional life. Don’t endanger your learners by transferring aggression because of your personal problems. The learners also have their own pain and challenges from home but still come around to school because they believe in you. Please don’t disappoint them.
