1. Take your time to understand your learners. The understanding you have about them determines how you treat, interact and relate with them since learners don’t learn at the same frequency. Understand their temperaments, moods and emotions. When you don’t understand who your learners are through careful study, teaching and relating with them seem to be with productivity.
